Ikett offers additional personnel when you need it. Our personnel operate all over the country and are used to travelling. We can provide rapid cover at short notice where the need arises. Our working model works extremely well and focuses on results. We can quickly organise a welder even if the customer is based 250 kilometres away.
Hired personnel provides a resource for covering peaks in demand, but also opens up many other opportunities. It is important to us that we maintain close contact with our customers, as this allows us to predict and plan future needs together. When you contact us you will always find personal commitment and an understanding of what each assignment entails. You can hire our personnel for small jobs or entire production shifts.
We provide additional resources during peaks in production, long-term sickness, holidays or when personnel are on courses. The average length of our assignments is from one to two months, but circumstances vary. We have customers who have been using our personnel on ongoing assignments for several years.
