The goal of our work is satisfied customers and skilled employees who enjoy their work.
The ability to hire skilled personnel quickly when you need them provides an obvious competitive edge. Because we expect our personnel to carry out their work to very high standards we take special interest in feedback from each assignment. Each customer is assigned a dedicated contact person on our team who gets to know the company’s needs and wishes. The staff of our customer department are experienced at assessing the customer’s needs and quickly acquiring a picture of what the assignment involves.
Our headquarters is based in Karlskrona in southern Sweden and we also have local offices, although the exact location of our offices is less important. Our representatives travel frequently and take the opportunity to visit customers whenever they can. The goal of our work is satisfied customers and skilled employees who enjoy their work.
Nevertheless, if something does not go as the customer intended we naturally have a customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that we will quickly replace an individual with someone else who is suited to the job. We are not satisfied until your are. It is only by supplying personnel who are highly skilled and experienced that we can build up long-term relationships with our customers.
